You hereby acknowledge that we use Google Analytics in order to measure how our Website is performing.

5.1 The protection of your Personal Data is vital to us. Although the Website does not store your Personal Data, we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your Personal Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Data. You hereby acknowledge and confirm that we need to transfer your Personal Data to third parties including but not limited to the ChatGPT API, Voiceflow, BotPress, StackAI in order to enable you to receive our services. We do not take any responsibility for their processing of your Personal Data. You are solely responsible for checking their privacy policies and knowing how they handle Personal Data. We shall never be liable for any action of such third parties. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, we direct every third party to comply with the confidentiality and use obligations of the applicable data protection legislation.
