AskMax began as a fun experiment, a space for us to explore new AI technology and learn by doing. We’ve been thrilled to see how many people regularly used the Max chatbot to help with their AML/CFT/CPF queries and to have received such positive feedback on their experiences.
Along the way, we’ve learned a great deal about what financial services professionals (like you) need and we’ve gained valuable insights that have shaped how we think about our products and customers.
The insights we gained have directly shaped the next generation of products we are building, solutions designed to be more focused, more powerful, and more aligned with the real-world challenges you face.

Cyan Regulatory, along with their colleagues in Altair Technology, have developed Beacon, a governance, risk and compliance RegTech system designed for financial services businesses.
Beacon’s AI capabilities can be tailored to each business, allowing users to interact directly with their own policies, procedures and compliance data. This helps teams work more efficiently, gain deeper insight, and produce meaningful MI with confidence.
